Please note that most of the Suncord products need a bicycle professional to manually equip the product with your bicycle. 

The warranty on Suncord products is NOT VALID if the products have been purchased from an unauthorized dealer/online retailer.

If you purchased suncord products from a local store or a website not directly from us, please look for a help from the store you purchased from.
